The Well Now course offers a surprising new approach to weight and wellbeing. We explore nutrition, self-worth and shame, understanding emotional eating, the bigger picture of health and more. There are 8 sessions of 2 hours each. You’ll get handouts and lots of friendly group support.
The Well Now group requires a minimum of 4 people as the learning style is interactive. You will be informed as soon as this number is confirmed. If the number is not reached 10 days before the course it will be cancelled.
