Kindful Eating: making peace with food and our bodies, Woodbrooke, Birmingham, March 20-22, 2020
This retreat is for anyone who feels there could be a different way of going about food and eating.
It’s for you if you want to explore a way to nourish and care for yourself that makes sense to you all of the time, a way that helps you feel at peace with your body and at ease at meal times. If you’re a health provider, educator or wellbeing promoter, you can then bring what you’ve learned to the work you do.
About the venue: The last time I was at Woodbrooke I saw an array of amazing projects: hand-bells to resonate with, a series of incredibly detailed themed mandalas, and a photo journal that was simply brilliant. I’m not promising a repeat of this, but the other more routine memorable thing is the meals and they will be on offer. Also, the gardens.
