The Well Now Online Course
An eight week course for anyone who wants to explore their food and body stories : : feel more relaxed around eating and wellbeing : : make links between social factors and personal issues : : and improve their body confidence.
Lessons are released on Thursdays for you to work through materials at your own pace. There is a live Zoom call the following Monday 7:00 – 8:30/9 pm UK* for questions and discussion.
The first lesson will be released on Thursday 7th January. The first zoom call is Monday 11th January and the last zoom call is Monday 1st March.
